WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TRAINEESHIP?

Significant work experience at the famous Churchill manufacturing site in Stoke-on-Trent across various departments, including Cup Making, Lithography, Stone Casting and Decorating.
Support from a mentor and dedicated Achieve Training Personal Coach alongside CV support and interview preparation skills.
You'll work towards Maths and English qualifications (if you haven’t already achieved GCSE grade 4 or above or equivalent) in order to help you gain an apprenticeship.
On the successful completion of our Traineeship programme, you will receive an interview for a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Lean Manufacturing, where you could become employed by Churchill and enjoy all the benefits of becoming an apprentice.
