February Learner of the Month - Celebrating Future Apprentices

Congratulations to three learners who have excelled in our February 2019 'Learner of the Month'. 

We are celebrating three individual winners of our Learner of the Month who have excelled in developing their essential skills in the workplace including time-keeping, attendance, attitude and social skills.

Each month, members of staff from across PM Training vote on the learners that have excelled and shown great attitude and skills in their apprenticeships. Learners from across different trades including painting and decorating, gardening, gas and plumbing, joinery, business administration and health care are in the mix to earn the top prize.

Learning skill every month

Learners are working towards getting work ready. Through a variety of on the job and off the job learning, they are developing new skills everyday and showing the traits that employers want to see. Well done to all the learners who were nominated.   

Our winners are...

Our first place goes to Celeste Green. 

Since Celeste joined PM Training, her attendance has been fantastic. She has grown in confidence and is an exceptionally well mannered young lady. Celeste always has very positive feedback and can work effectively within a team. 

Well done Celeste, keep up the great work!

Our second place goes to Josh Botham.

Josh is a wonderful learner, he has been very active in talking to the right people to get a head-start into an apprenticeship. His attendance is very good and he has been working hard attending all his education sessions to help prepare him for his exam. Josh has also passed his CSCS test which means he is one step closer to getting his dream apprenticeship. 

Great work Josh!

And finally our third place goes to Brandon Woodcock

Brandon has excelled in many areas at PM Training, Brandon stood out on his taster day, getting hands on with wallpapering without any help! He is well known for his excellent attendance and for his willingness to get involved. 

Fantastic job Brandon!
