March Learner of the Month - Celebrating Future Apprentices

Congratulations to three learners who have excelled in our March 2019 'Learner of the Month'. 

We are celebrating three individual winners of our Learner of the Month who have excelled in developing their essential skills in the workplace including time-keeping, attendance, attitude and social skills. Learners are voted from by members of staff from across PM Training who have seen first hand how they are progressing in their chosen fields and apprenticeships.

Our winners are...

Our first place goes to Gary Marston. 

Gary always has a smile on his face, and is always willing to help. He has improved so much since he has started here at PM Training. Gary has also been part of a project working on housing for a young care leaver, he had involved the young person in the process and made them feel very comfortable. He has shown professionalism and always has a very positive attitude. 

Well done Gary, keep up the great work!

Our second place goes to Lewis Bourne

Lewis's attendance is brilliant. He takes on board any feedback given and is always praised by his supervisors. Lewis has got his CV up to date and is actively seeking an apprenticeship. He has not had any unauthorised absences at all yet, which is fantastic!

And finally our third place goes to Adam Bournissa 

Adam is a fantastic learner at PM Training. After settling in from Canada, Adam has shown fantastic attendance and is a kind and considerate individual. Adam has recently shown true kindness buy helping another learner buy breakfast in the mornings until she received help recently, when approached about this Adam said "I just wanted to make sure she was OK". What a lovely think to do, well done Adam!
