November Learner of the Month - Celebrating Future Apprentices

Congratulations to two learners who have excelled in our November 2019 'Learner of the Month'. 

We are celebrating two individual winners of our Learner of the Month who have excelled in developing their essential skills in the workplace including time-keeping, attendance, attitude and social skills. Learners are voted for by members of staff from across PM Training who have seen first hand how they are progressing in their chosen fields and apprenticeships.

Our first place goes to Jack Hughes 

Jack has been working really hard and has a great attendance record with PM Training. Recently, Jack went out of his way to buy a vulnerable Aspire Housing customer a bag of food, he went above and beyond what is expected of a learner and the customer was incredibly grateful. Jack is also a carer for his mum and has shown such compassion for others. What a fantastic nomination, a well deserved award!

Our second joint-first place goes to Shannon Jones 

Shannon was very shy when she first started our Officeworks programme. Over the past few weeks she has really pushed herself out of her comfort zone by taking part in a presentation in front of board members. Here, she  overcame her nerves and improved her confidence. Shannon also carried out some work experience at Aspire Housing, she has done a fantastic job. It's great to see our learners succeeding!
