September Learner of the Month - Celebrating Future Apprentices

Congratulations to three learners who have excelled in our September 2019 'Learner of the Month'. 

We are celebrating three individual winners of our Learner of the Month who have excelled in developing their essential skills in the workplace including time-keeping, attendance, attitude and social skills. Learners are voted from by members of staff from across PM Training who have seen first hand how they are progressing in their chosen fields and apprenticeships.

Our winners are...

Our first place goes to Joel Whittaker

Joel has received multiple nominations for Learner of the Month, from 3 members of staff! Joel has only been at PM for a matter of weeks, giving 100% effort towards his work. Joel's attendance is also very good and staff members have said how much they value him and his work ethic on the Homeworks vans. 

Well done Joel, keep up the great work!

Our second place goes to Hannah Baggaley

Hannah has made a huge improvement in her confidence and communication skills since starting PM's Officeworks programme, she has a great work ethic and has shown this by impressing on her work trial within the Homeworks department. Hannah impressed so much that she’s now been taken on as a business administration apprentice within Homeworks!

And finally our third place goes to Elizabeth Rowley

Elizabeth has started PM with a perfect work ethic, she is kind and hardworking. Elizabeth has been known to even come to PM on days she doesn't have to and will speak to learners if she sees them on their own. Staff members have said how she is fully committed and has excellent career prospects.
