About The Apprenticeship
For this apprenticeship as well as gaining a level 2 qualification in customer service your duties will include, working in the warehouse, working on the trade counter and using IT skills as well as customer service.
You will also be using your math skills for adding cost of goods on trade counter to get the invoice correct.

Throughout the duration of the apprenticeship, you will undertake a Customer Service Level 2 Standard Apprenticeship
Working hours
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
