Switchboard based duties
  • Taking and directing sales and recruitment enquiries 
  • Representing the business with a positive & professional attitude
  • Customer service – dealing with enquiries appropriately and providing solutions

Administration based duties

  • Supporting the recruitment sales team with the production and resourcing of CV's to a very high standard of speed and accuracy
  • Creation of letters, reports etc. using MS Office programmes
  • General office duties such as filing, processing incoming/outgoing mail etc.
  • Data inputting using our in-house database.
  • General reception based duties which will include greeting visitors, diary management, dealing with deliveries etc.

Hours of work:

Full time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday



Skills and Attitude:

  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate – good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • Good organisational skills
  • Team player

Qualifications Required:

GCSE Maths and English Grades 4 or above.


Potential full-time employment after your apprenticeship, subject to employers conditions.
