We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and collaborative team as a Housing Support Apprentice. This is an 18-month apprenticeship , where you will undertake a Level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice, a recognised qualification, highly valued by employers.
Delivering the highest quality service to our customers, communicating clearly and effectively with a wide range of people.
Covering reception and being the first person our customer sees when they arrive at our offices.
Actively listening to our customers’ needs and supporting them to resolve their query i.e., checking rent accounts, booking repairs or helping with tenancy issues.
Working closely with all Housing Services teams, identifying any service improvements.
Taking responsibility for customer queries, face to face, via email or WebChat, or on the telephone
Experience of working with people
GCSE grade A* - C in English and Maths, or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Great verbal and written communication skills
Good IT skills (MS Office to a basic level)
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to undertake a basic DBS check.
