ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP
 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and collaborative team as a Housing Support Apprentice.  This is an 18-month apprenticeship , where you will undertake a Level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice, a recognised qualification, highly valued by employers.

Job requirements:

  • Delivering the highest quality service to our customers, communicating clearly and effectively with a wide range of people.

  • Covering reception and being the first person our customer sees when they arrive at our offices.

  • Actively listening to our customers’ needs and supporting them to resolve their query i.e., checking rent accounts, booking repairs or helping with tenancy issues.

  • Working closely with all Housing Services teams, identifying any service improvements.

  • Taking responsibility for customer queries, face to face, via email or WebChat, or on the telephone




Qualifications Required:
GCSE Grades A - C (4 or above) in English and Maths
 
REQUIREMENTS 
 
Skills Required:
  • Experience of working with people

  • GCSE grade A* - C in English and Maths, or equivalent

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Great verbal and written communication skills

  • Good IT skills (MS Office to a basic level)
