ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP

A great opportunity has arisen within a fantastic organisation to join their team as a Legal Administration Apprentice.

 This opportunity will suit someone who is interested in a career in law and progressing their career.

 A normal day could include:

• Secretarial duties - audio and copy typing

• Answering the phone - taking messages

• Welcoming visitors

• Handling and filing mail

• Responding to incoming queries

• Ordering stationary

• Draft correspondence

• Assisting colleagues with case management

• Business projects

• Administration tasks

 If the candidate has promise, is conscientious and diligent they will be trained in all aspects of the company. They will get the opportunity to sit in on client meetings. This opportunity will suit someone who is interested in a career in the law. There are real progression opportunities available for the right person

REQUIREMENTS 

Skills Required:

• Understand how to deliver excellent customer service
• Organisation Skills (Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload accordingly)
• Able to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to understand and carry out instructions
• Computer Literate
• Some telephone experience.
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
