Lean Manufacturing level 2
Lean Manufacturing Apprentices are responsible for safely carrying out manufacturing activities for one or many products, ensuring quality standards and health and safety requirements are met.
They contribute, develop and support improvement in manufacturing operations using continuous improvement methods, tools, process visualisation, lean principles and problem-solving tools and techniques.
Your duties will be Painting and Decorating, maintaining of tools, management of materials, talking to clients, being able to take and understand instructions and using your math skills for a variety of different tasks

We at UK OPS are a shopfitting, building and retail support company based in Tean, Stoke on Trent, we also have a warehouse in Fenton, Stoke.
We currently work for Pets at Home, TK Maxx, HomeSense, WHSmith, Jewson as well as smaller independent firms.
We are the one shopfitting and retail support company to work for Pets at Home – we complete the racking installs, joinery and merchandising for all of their projects and stores.
Our multi skilled workforce carry out all tasks out on site and are ably supported by an administration team who manage client contracts and project work. We take control of the management of 3rd party contracts meaning that we are your single point of contact.
All employees are encouraged to take on responsibility for their own personal growth.
A successful applicant would ideally be trained sufficiently to run jobs or become a foreman/site
supervisor.
