Stepping Stones Asset Management is an independent company specialising in residential lettings and property management. Who initially started their journey focussing on a large portfolio of properties across the Tameside area.
The company has  grown on the basis of recommendations, and now with their  Glossop based office in a prominent high street location, They're looking forward to maintaining and expanding their highly sought after service.
We offer a comprehensive lettings and property management service, taking pride in our hands on approach and professional service


You will develop an understanding of legislation and regulations in the housing and property sector. You will gain skills and confidence in working with a diverse range of customers and projects.

You will develop a professional understanding of quality standards and services, know the principles, policies and practices of the organisation in terms of customer care, complaints  handling,  employee  code  of  conduct,  team  working,  risk  assessments  personal safety, data protection, health and safety, equality and diversity, safeguarding and business communications.

As a part of the apprentice programme you will gain a recognised professional qualification in the sector and be able to progress your career in the housing sector.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Greeting clients into the office
  • Responsible for displays in the window
  • Arranging viewings
  • Handling client’s documents
  • General office duties
  • All elements of Lettings administration
  • Feedback
  • Applications
  • Social media

Hours of work: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9am-5.30pm Wednesday 11am – 7pm ( 1 hour unpaid lunch )  and Saturdays 9am – 3pm ( 30min unpaid lunch )
