APPRENTICESHIP

Customer Service Practitioner Level 3

ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYER

Banner Stoke is a mid market supplier of all office solutions supplying businesses with General stationery, PPE, Janitorial, bespoke printed items, catering, technology and office furniture and more.

Full support and training will be given to the successful candidate. Banner have a proven track record of making apprentices permanent and with the support and encouragement some have progressed into senior roles.

ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP

Do you have a passion for customer service? This role offers a great way to start your career, providing essential skills and knowledge with a fast moving local employer.

Main duties include

  • Processing orders via email or phone
  • Checking data accuracy on orders and invoices
  • Backorder management
  • Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with internal departments
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Stay up to date with existing and new products
  • General Office Duties

Hours of work
Monday – Friday
9am – 5.30pm

£4.30 per hour Apprentice salary - but will go to National Minimum Wage subject to candidates experience and skills

PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES

Potential for the right candidate to progress into a permanent position with a progression plan to become an Account Manager.

REQUIREMENTS 

Skills Required:

  • Understand how to deliver excellent customer service
  • Organisation Skills (Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload accordingly)
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions
  • Computer Literate
  • Some telephone experience.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
