Customer Service Level 2 


The Hospitality Customer Relations Apprentice will be part of the marketing team, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager. Your role will be to implement an effective customer engagement experience to our end users and identify any areas for opportunities. You will also be required to help with any enquiries or complaints. This role is key to assuring we secure our position as brand leader in the market place and offer our customers a “performance delivered” service

English skills will be used through emails, telephone calls, documents and various IT systems.

Maths skills will be used by totalling up the value of “opportunities won” for customer order

Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:00 (38.75 hours per week)

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2, duration 15 months

Qualifications Required:

GCSE Grades A - C (4 or above) in English and Maths


Skills Required:

  • Good IT skills, especially Microsoft office.
  • The Apprentice will use Excel, Google documents and other IT software.

Personal Qualities:

  • The Apprentice will need to be outgoing, confident and be able to interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • They should also be a great team player and professional.




A full-time, permanent position is available to the successful applicant after completion of the apprenticeship, subject to performance
