APPRENTICESHIP

Business Administration Standard Level 3

ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP

Due to expansion Sercon are looking for a passionate and talented person to join our team as a business administration apprentice. They are a very friendly organisation, who treat their staff and customers with the highest level of service. As a business administration apprentice with Sercon, you will be asked to receive telephone calls, handle mail, email clients, work on reception, administration, general computer duties and greet clients. They therefore require someone who would like to develop a career with them and is willing to be flexible. Sercon require someone who is friendly and willing to learn all aspects of business.

Hours of work:

9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS 

Skills and Attitude:

  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate – good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • Good organisational skills
  • Team player

Qualifications Required:

GCSE Maths and English Grades 4 or above.

Potential full-time employment after your apprenticeship, subject to employers conditions.
