Broad Oak Properties Group, based in Stoke-on-Trent, is a leading property management and development business.


Main duties of this role include:

  • Filing, answering the telephone, sending out information internally, scanning documents and certificates.

The role will be varied and will be split into two areas of the company, one being the Lettings department where you will assist with entering rental payments on to the in house software system, preparing landlord payments and statements, completing written and photographic property inventories and preparing reports, creation of tenancy agreements and tenancy packs, arranging lease sign ups and routine property inspections.

An excellent telephone manner is essential in this role. You will also be assisting the secretary to the Managing Director with various office duties.

Due to the location of the office a car would possibly be needed, Broadoak is on a major bus route but the timetable may not be suitable for working hours.

Monday – Friday
9.00am – 5.00pm
40 hours per week (half an hour unpaid lunch break daily)
£4.30 per hour

Qualifications Required:

Maths and English GCSE’s (5-9) or equivalent Functional Skills essential.
