APPRENTICESHIP

Level 3 Business Administration 

ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP

To assist Highbury Home's in-house Project Management teams in carrying out varied assessments to domestic properties, to agree timescales, costs and resources needed, manage and lead the trade team, negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services, making sure that each stage of the job is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards and to carry out associated admin tasks.
 
To meet all deadlines including Service Level Agreements. To utilise skills as required and necessary. To enable quick and competent completion of tasks in all aspects of property assessment, admin, planning, audit and occasionally manual work when required.

Working week

Normal working hours 8.00 am – 5.00 pm or until such time as work commitments completed,
with 2x15 minute breaks and 1 x 30 mins lunch
