You will develop an understanding of legislation and regulations in the housing and property sector. You will gain skills and confidence in working with a diverse range of customers and projects.
You will develop a professional understanding of quality standards and services, know the principles, policies and practices of the organisation in terms of customer care, complaints handling, employee code of conduct, team working, risk assessments personal safety, data protection, health and safety, equality and diversity, safeguarding and business communications.
As a part of the apprentice programme you will gain a recognised professional qualification in the sector and be able to progress your career in the housing sector.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Hours of work: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9am-5.30pm Wednesday 11am – 7pm ( 1 hour unpaid lunch ) and Saturdays 9am – 3pm ( 30min unpaid lunch )
