ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP
Switchboard based duties
- Taking and directing sales and recruitment enquiries
- Representing the business with a positive & professional attitude
- Customer service – dealing with enquiries appropriately and providing solutions
Administration based duties
- Supporting the recruitment sales team with the production and resourcing of CV's to a very high standard of speed and accuracy
- Creation of letters, reports etc. using MS Office programmes
- General office duties such as filing, processing incoming/outgoing mail etc.
- Data inputting using our in-house database.
- General reception based duties which will include greeting visitors, diary management, dealing with deliveries etc.

Hours of work:
Full time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Attitude:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate – good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Good organisational skills
- Team player
Qualifications Required:
GCSE Maths and English Grades 4 or above.
FUTURE PROSPECTS
Potential full-time employment after your apprenticeship, subject to employers conditions.
