ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP

We have an exciting opportunity for a sales person to become part of our growing brand and join our business. 

As an Admin & Property Manager apprentice you maybe the first person a client will speak to or meet, therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated individual who wants the opportunity to actively participate in building our dominant estate agency with the potential to reap the accompanying financial & personal rewards! 

Previous experience in a sales role is not essential as full training will be provided but you will need a drive to succeed and excellent communication and organisational skills. No two days are the same in this challenging yet rewarding role, which will test your capabilities, but also directly build your ever-evolving skill set. If you have the desire to succeed, then we would love to hear from you. 

Role Summary: 

  • Registration and management of clients on an electronic database.
  • Schedule accompanied viewings in your diary and engage with clients. 
  • Handle inbound leads which are provided through various property portals. 
  • Generate and negotiate offers to deliver a mutually satisfactory conclusion for both parties. 
  • Successfully progress sales and lets to enable a successful exchange of contracts. 
  • Keeping on top of compliance, ensuring legal documents don’t expire. 
  • Handling maintenance problems from tenants and arranging contractors to visit. 
     

 
The Candidate:

  • You have the confidence to speak to a wide range of clients 
  • You are looking for a challenging role which moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same!

  • You have a natural flair for and enjoy dealing with people and, always look to provide the best customer service. 
  • You are articulate with strong negotiating skills. 
  • You hold a full driving licence and own your own car 
Monday -Friday 9am - 6pm
Saturday 9:30am - 3:30pm

PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES

The individual we are looking to hire, would grow within the team and have a long career. Ideally they would take on the responsibility of a full property manager/ office manager, whilst also assisting with viewings/ negotiations
