ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP

If you live in the Lichfield area this role could be a fantastic start into an office-based career!

Key responsibilities:

To support the business with all tasks relating to the Sales and Administration of The Best Wallpaper Place & Couch Websites and C&B business.
 
Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of activities, including but not limited to the following:

• Process all orders and sample orders. Update back office accordingly - using status history for notes where relevant.

• Deal with all email actions, in a prompt and professional manner. 

• Dispatch all orders daily, via courier system and deal with any courier issues updating the back office and keeping the client informed.

• Track deliveries by courier and deal with any queries or exemption notices in a timely manner.

• Always use a high level of customer service, including aftersales to ensure clients are 100% happy with their experience with TBWPP.

• Daily management and checking website back office and ensuring that it is kept up to date with order statuses. 

• Supporting the administration and product management within the Visualsoft back office for Couch as and when required.

• Check answerphone messages, every morning and pass on any messages to relevant staff member via email.

• Deal with all sales enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner, using discretion on discounts to secure orders. Build relationship with customer by giving excellent customer service. Report to charlotte with any large sales enquiries.
 

Hours of work:

Mon – Thu 09.00am - 5.00pm
Friday 09.00am - 4.00pm
30 mins break

Qualifications Required:

GCSE Maths and English Grades Level 3 or above.
