Their businesses consist of: Klarius (Vehicle Emissions products), Emissco (Fluid Manufacturing), and KMT (Machines & Tooling).

As a Quality Manufacturing Apprentice, your main role and responsibilities will include:
Quality Processes and Procedures Office based role:

  •  Support manufacturing facility with generation and improvement of quality processes, procedures and operator instructions
  • Analysis and maintaining of Key Performance Indicators
  • Process capability studies
  • Reaction and investigation to customer enquiries
  • Generation of product materials reports
  • Calibration of measurement instruments
  • Ensuring conformity of supplier products
  • Practical problem solving

    Additional duties may include working and support with other depts.



Skills Required:

  • Working knowledge of engineering
  • Understand how to deliver excellent customer service
  • Organisation Skills (Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload accordingly)
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions
  • Ability to multi task
  • IT skills desirable
