Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship
The job role would involve confirming appointments, diary management, sending out documents to clients, scanning, inputting client data onto a CRM, setting up client mortgage files, preparing buildings and contents quotes, regular social media posts, taking phone calls and enquiries, speaking to banks building societies and solicitors and updating clients as to the progress of their mortgage.
The role would include social medial posts, emailing clients and inputting sensitive client data regarding their current circumstances and financial history. It is really important that this work is accurate as financial services is highly regulated and all of our work is audited. Numeracy is really important as the administrator may be calculating how much someone can borrow, calculating monthly / annual premiums, simple tax calculations and there is excellent opportunity for progression within financial services if these skills can be demonstrated

21 months duration including 18 months learning with 3 months end point assessment.
This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of planned learning sessions, workplace visits, on and off the job training and 1 to 1 support.
This apprenticeship standard is an ideal programme for those wishing to engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers.
It covers areas such as:
Understanding laws and regulations that apply to their role including data protection, health & safety, compliance etc. supporting the company in applying the regulations
Knowledge on how to review processes autonomously and make suggestions for improvements
Applying a solutions-based approach to improve business processes and helping define procedures
Development of people management responsibilities through mentoring and coaching others.
Positively managing the expectations of colleagues at all levels and sets a positive example for others in the workplace
Exercising proactivity and good judgement, making effective decisions based on sound reasoning and dealing with challenges in a mature way
Monday – Thursday 9.30-5pm, Friday 9.30-4.00pm
5 GCSE Grades A - C (4 or above) in English and Maths
Definitely, this would be encouraged, this apprenticeship could lead onto roles such as a mortgage adviser, financial adviser, paraplanner, office manager.
Support to achieve additional qualifications can also be provided.
