As a Marketing Apprentice, your main role and responsibilities will include:

  • Working with our Marketing agency & staff, to deliver our marketing strategy
  • Marketing support - on site for various depts. / divisions
  • Social Media - Implementing social media strategy and managing our social media posts
  • Social Media – Engaging with online posts
  • Graphics - eg posters, flyers, and general marketing materials creation
  • Images & videos – creation of content and sharing with customers and platforms
  • Website - support & improvements
  • Brand - Driving initiatives to grow audience and increase awareness
  • Staying up to date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Monitoring social media KPIs to optimise strategy
  • Researching, writing blogs, news releases and content to generate publicity.

    Additional duties may include some marketing dept support, and working with other depts.


Skills Required:

  • Working knowledge of all major Social Media eg, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Instagram
  • Understand how to deliver excellent customer service
  • Organisation Skills (Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload accordingly)
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions
  • Ability to multi task
  • IT skills desirable
  • Experience of production of media & graphics eg photos, videos etc
