As a Legal Assistant you will be required to assist our business in enhancing client care and improving the client journey.
You will provide support to both clients and our team on day-to-day basis. You will collate all the necessary documentation to enable the team to progress the case to a satisfactory resolution.
You will also be required to upload details of the clients claim onto the case management system and file and ensure this is done in a timely manner.
· To provide a high level of client service, including responding to ad hoc information, document preparation and research requests
· Checking legal documents for quality, consistency and content, ensuring all documentation is ready for processing
· Have the cases ready to process to the fee earners
· Ability to communicate and build relationships with team members
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
5 x GCSE Grades Level 4 or above including English and Maths
Potential full-time employment after your apprenticeship, subject to employers conditions.
