The Honeycomb Group are  looking for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to help the team provide a high-quality experience for customers across all Honeycomb Group brands.

This is a great position if you are looking at getting an apprenticeship with lots of room for progression! Being positioned at the Honeycomb group allows you to potentially stay on at your position when you have finished or even be perfectly placed for other roles which may come up in the organisation. 

Job requirements:
  • Taking calls and digital enquiries
  • Answering customer queries
  • Resolving problems and managing customer expectations
  • Summarising conversations and recording them on our internal contact management system
  • You’ll also be supporting the wider business and its teams with administrative duties, data entry and any other ad-hoc activities


Working Week:

Monday - Friday

Times TBC


Qualifications Required:

GCSE Grades A - C (4 or above) in English and Maths

REQUIREMENTS 

Skills Required:

  • Good ICT skills and able to use Microsoft Office
  • Great written and spoken communication skills
  • Compassion for helping and giving advice to people
  • Someone who is willing to learn and listen to our customers

Personal Qualities:

  • Confidence in decision making
  • Positive attitude
  • Someone who is polite, with a can-do attitude

 

FUTURE PROSPECTS

On completion of their initial apprenticeship, apprentices may have the opportunity to remain with the business on a permanent contract. This will be discussed with your employer.
