Initially working under supervision during a training period, the employee will be responsible for making a range of the company's products from the ingredients held in stock. The finished product will be put into their respective bottles and dispensers which will be labelled and made ready for sale.
The employee will be responsible for his/her manufacturing equipment (which is similar to that typically found in a domestic kitchen) and monitoring stock levels for the ingredients or packaging that they use so that they can be re-ordered when necessary.
The employee will be generally responsible for the cleanliness of their workstation and, along with other staff, the general cleanliness and well being of the employers premises.
After a training and familiarisation period the employee will also take responsibility for the management of the company's Amazon Vendor Central account which is Amazon's online ordering management system for it's trade suppliers. Weekly orders will be processed (packed for shipment to Amazon by someone else), general queries and glitches dealt with an weekly invoicing of the orders shipped processed.
From time to time the employee may have to stand-in for short periods to serve customers in the Alsager shop. This is usually only required if other staff are temporarily detained with something else (eg. a phone call) or for an hour or two if another staff member has to leave early for the day, for example.
Once settled in, the employee will be expected to work on their own initiative (under the general guidance and supervision of the managers) and generally take responsibility for their position and role within the business.

Handmade Naturals Limited a small "family" business that manufactures a range of 50+ skin and hair care products which it retails through it's own shop in Alsager and also it's website. Established in 2007.
