It intends to offer applicants thorough training in Lean Manufacturing Principles with a chance to specialise in a variety of areas across the company.
This role is Packing & Selecting, which includes quality checks, administration work and IT work.
Once a piece of ware has been glazed and fired is classed as Glost ware, so the quality, packing & selecting role is within the Glost Warehouse - the final department before the logistic warehouses and the apprentice needs to be conscientious and understand the need for attention to detail.
GCSE Grades A - C (4 or above) in English and Maths
