Achieve Training will be your employer for this role. We have over 30 years experience delivering apprenticeships and training opportunities around Staffordshire.  You will be working alongside the building services and engineering department. The team are incredibly friendly and welcoming so you will be in good hands for this position. 


The team will need someone who has good organisation skills and someone who is a people-person.

Main duties include

  • Assist in business administration activities in the Building Services and Engineering Department at Achieve Training

  • Assist in general business administration activities at Achieve Training using IT packages and  systems 

  • Produce records and documents to a high quality standard i.e. emails, reports, records and files 

  • Undertake duties in line with the Company’s processes and procedures and to complete all relevant documentation as required

  •  Maintain accurate records of work on relevant documentation in accordance with procedures

  • Work as part of a team alongside tutors, supporting colleagues, being flexible regarding work experience and work placements and showing a positive attitude and good communication skills

  • Deal with all routine correspondence efficiently

  • Improve administration processes and use initiative to find solutions 

  • Possess good communication skills with internal colleagues, employers and apprentices 
Hours of work
Monday – Thursday: 8.45am - 4.45pm 
Friday: 8.45am - 4.00pm

£4.30 per hour Apprentice salary - but will go to National Minimum Wage subject to candidates experience and skills

Qualifications Required:

Maths and English GCSE’s (9-4) A-C
