This is a fantastic opportunity working with the team at Aspire Housing! They are seeking a hardworking and friendly apprentice to join their team! With lots of fun, exiting tasks associated with this role - this is a great place to start an office-based career.

What is the purpose of the role?

You will work closely with the L&D Coordinator and the L&D Business Partner and support the team on the following:

  • Promoting, planning, organising and administering development activities and talent interventions as required both virtually and face to face.
  • Co-ordinating and scheduling events, this will involve; liaising with external suppliers, sending out joining instructions, booking venues, preparing materials, booking colleagues and recording attendance.
  • Creating reports using data from the Learning and Development system.
  • Administering our e-learning academy and other learning platforms.
  • Promote and coordinate the corporate onboarding programme, supporting on rolling out new developments and enhancements to the programme.
  • Maintain the learning and development pages of our internal intranet ensuring all relevant information is published in a clear way and is always up to date.
  • Use the finance system to raise purchase orders, approve orders and process orders/invoices.
  • Supporting the HR team on the preparation of recruitment packs and any other general administration tasks that arise in the team.

Qualifications Required:

GCSE Maths and English A*- C/Grades 4-9 are required for this role

Working Week:

Monday - Friday
