ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP

Highbury Homes are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join their Sandbach Office team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a new career in business and learn new customer service skills. The skills learnt can then be developed into a long and successful career within their team.
 
About the role:
The Apprentice Administrator will work alongside their Customer Liaison Assistant and Contract Management Team.
 
• Assist the Administration Team with the day to day running of the office.
• Appointment Planning.
• Answering the telephone and routing calls to the correct department.
• Recording accurate information onto their internal database system.
• Ad hoc business support.
