ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP

If you want to start your career learning about an office environment, improving your confidence and organisation skills this is a perfect position! 

Not only will you learn basic admin duties, you will learn software such as Sage which can be really useful if you want to progress your career in accounting or finance.

  • Undertaking general office/clerical tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, making phone calls
  • Updating Invoices on Eque2/Sage accounting system
  • Post Payments Onto Sage
  • Check Timesheets to ensure the employees have recorded their time accurately before payment is processed
  • Chase up documents from employees/customers – ensuring all paperwork has been completed correctly
  • Assisting with obtaining costs for materials

A car is advised for this role but it's not essential.

 

REQUIREMENTS 

Skills Required:

  • Understand how to deliver excellent customer service
  • Organisation Skills (Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload accordingly)
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions
  • Ability to multi tasks
  • IT skills desirable but not essential
